Our culture is supportive, mission-driven, and built for your success.🎯 What You’ll DoAs a New Client Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, informative, and seamless experience as they begin their journey with us.Key Responsibilities:Welcome new clients and guide them through their onboarding processSchedule virtual welcome meetings and policy review callsAssist clients in understanding their coverage and how to access benefitsCoordinate documentation and ensure all client records are up to date
