We require a Business Development Manager to join our expanding Enterprise sales team. This position will be principally responsible for the generation of new business opportunities across all B2B sectors including Large Multi-Nationals, Corporates and SME.Your role is to drive sales and unlock the full potential of Fonua’s Device Lifecycle Solution for Enterprise to deliver true value add to our customer’s. Your ability to think creatively and be innovative whilst developing sustainable relationships with senior levels of the customer organisation are key. You will be able to balance shorter term tactical achievements against a strategic account plan, with the flexibility to pivot and adapt.You will demonstrate consistent focus and ability to drive business outcomes and results for our customer and Fonua through repeatable achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline generation, opportunity management and forecasting processes utilising best in class methods and tools. You will develop and design bespoke service solutions for our customers to increase customer delight, build additional revenue opportunities and tie in longer term contractual agreements.Main Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;·Deliver significant growth by expanding our customer base and revenue opportunities through.
·Building account strategy and territory plan·Seek new sales prospects though your own initiative, networking, referrals and partnership relationships·Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.·Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast using CRM and other tools·Effectively and efficiently engage key stakeholders at appropriate stages in the sales cycle if needed to grow and advance the sale·Providing market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospects needs and generate product development ideas·Maintain knowledge of market, competition and customers·Identify key growth metrics within territory·Work closely with Marketing on defining specific content and campaigns to support sales toolkit·Manage weekly reports, forecast stock, maintain price lists·Responsible for hiring and managing direct reports as neededEssential Skills/Experience·A minimum of 10 years total corporate sales experience·5 years sales experience in B2B Telecoms related industry·Proven record of sales success in a similar B2B Telecoms environment·Proven experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals·Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment·Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills·Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment·Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines·Must have a “commercial mind-set”·Consultative selling experience·Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment·The ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders·Excellent presentation and listening skills·Advanced level in PowerPoint and Excel·Strong Reporting Background·Capable of working own initiative·Ability to hire and train new sales representativesDesirable Skills/Experience·Qualification to degree level and/or business-related qualifications desirable·Strong cross-functional working experience·Experience dealing with clients in large, multi-national environments·Excellent numerical skillsPerson Specification·Target driven and motivated by success·Ability to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally·Self motivated with drive, enthusiasm and commitment·Ability to think creatively and generate solutions·Knowledge of and interest in the telecom sector·Ability to open doors and get in front of potential new customers·Ability to effectively identify customers’ needs in order to maximise all sales opportunities·Proven track record in achieving targets·Self-starter with proven experience of operating in an exceptionally dynamic environmentCompany Benefits:Pension SchemeBike to Work SchemeGym/Wellbeing ContributionEmployee Purchase SchemePhone Repair DiscountEducational Assistance ProgramCompany EventsFree Parking United Kingdom
