The successful candidate is customer service focused, displays excellent communication skills, and has a strong ability for analytical problem solving.Please note that this role is required to be on-site 5 days a week at our Calgary office.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to:
 Provide front line support and problem resolution for 70+ employees in the Calgary and surrounding offices
 Monitor ServiceDesk ticketing system and offer remote support to approximately 650 employees across Canada
 Onboarding & Offboarding of staff including workstation setup, account creation, account closeout, etc.
 Create and maintain technical documentationPROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
 Diploma or Degree in IT-related studies from, or equivalent experience
 Microsoft/Networking Certifications an assetExperience:
 2+ years of relevant experience
 Experience supporting CAD or Engineering software an asset
 Experience supporting a large number of users in a fast-paced environment ExperienceSkills:
 Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
 Microsoft Cloud (Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune)
 Networking (TCP, DNS, subnets, VPN, Wireless)
 Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies
 Experience troubleshooting devices (tablets, smartphones, printers, laptops, etc.).
 Knowledge of imaging procedures and tools
 Self-starter that works efficiently as part of a team and independently
 Ability to interact professionally with all levels of business personnel and build strong working relationships
 Analytical problem solving ability
