Ultimately leading the tactical and operational daily activities of the Safe Patient Handling (SPH) sales team and driving the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the attainment of focused objectives and targets. This team comprises of direct sales managers and distributor managers.Lead our SPH team to achieve balanced sales growth with existing customers and generate new business.What you’ll do:Develop and implement annual sales plans, goals and objectives for the sales teamProvide leadership, guidance and motivation to achieve sales targetsHire, train, lead and retain top talent to ensure team successAnalyse sales data, market trends and customer need to identify opportunities for growthLead and handle the account planning process for individual Account Managers aligned to the strategic marketing planFoster and maintain valuable relationships with key customers and partners to ensure ongoing business and identify new opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing, tech services, therapy partners, finance etc. to align sales strategies with company objectivesConduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs and provide coaching, mentoring & feedbackMonitor sales activity and pipeline, forecast sales revenue and report regularly on sales performance to senior managementDevelop and negotiate contracts/agreements with clientsStay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgeAct as change agent through the organization to instil agility and ability to re-invent the way we operate internally and externally.What we need from you :At least 5 years as a leader in Medtech industry, whereof minimum 2 years in sales mgmt.Strong communicator and change management skills, based on open and inclusive values.
