Now Hiring, Staffing Manager and National Event Staffing Agency$50,000 – $60,000 /start along with field pay and benefitsAbout the OpportunityKinetic Events is seeking a dynamic Staffing & Project Coordinator to join our office team. You’ll be the connection between our clients and the field staff who bring their brand experiences and events to life. This job offers some flexibility to work from home but we will also establish a co-working space for you.About Kinetic EventsWe are the “boots on the ground” customer service staffing agency that major brands and agencies trust when launching products, apps, or experiences that require exceptional human connections. Headquartered in San Francisco with four offices nationwide, we specialize in providing brand ambassadors, conference staff, and event personnel for:

• Consumer technology launches and demonstrations
• Gaming and entertainment activations
• Film and media promotions
• Festival and experiential marketing
• Emerging industry brand experiences

Our clients include both creative agencies and direct brand partnerships across diverse industries, giving you exposure to a wide variety of innovative campaigns and event styles.Core ResponsibilitiesAs our Staffing & Project Coordinator, you will:

• Strategically source and select field staff that perfectly match each program’s unique requirements, considering factors like geographical location, relevant experience, and client-specific needs
• Develop and lead training programs that prepare our brand ambassadors to exceed client expectations
• Manage the complete staffing lifecycle from registration and onboarding through payroll processing for all active projects
• Coordinate logistics and support services essential for seamless campaign execution
• Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions before they impact project delivery
• Apply industry best practices while adapting to the evolving experiential marketing landscape
• Contribute to our collaborative culture that values creativity, problem-solving, and professional growth

Ideal Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in experiential marketing, promotional staffing, or event coordination (highly valued)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for identifying and developing staff potential
• Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure
• Strong digital literacy and comfort with learning new software platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
