We are proud to be part of Associated British Foods plc, which is a £19.8bn FTSE 100 company.The RoleReporting to the Grocery & Retail Channel Controller, this role is accountable for achieving sales and margin targets for all customers within their direct or indirect control. The successful candidate will develop plans which ensure the future profitable growth of Speedibake’s business.Key Accountabilities

• Work closely with the Commercial Team to determine customer and product strategies which ensure long term sales and profit growth.
• Work collaboratively across all business functions.
• Achieve sales and margin targets for customers within direct control through effective business planning, commercial negotiation, and the coordination of all available resources.
• Report progress on a weekly basis; specifically, sales performance versus forecast and budget, NPD and business development projects and promotional plans.
• Liaise with the planning team, to ensure sales forecasts, both base and event, are accurate and to ensure that customer service issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

The Right PersonWe are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience working with the Top 4 Major Mults and/ or Aldi & Lidl. Experience in the UK Bakery market is desirable, however is not a must. The ideal candidate should have a proven drive for results and possess a passion for quality and an understanding of process.
