Be a part of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s team and create unforgettable gastronomic experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurantLead, train, and motivate the front-of-house teamEnsure exceptional guest service and satisfactionSupport with staff scheduling, performance management, and hiringMonitor inventory, suppliers, and quality controlUphold all health, safety, and hygiene regulationsAct as a role model for team culture and brand standardsRequirementsPrevious experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leadership role in a high-end hospitality environmentStrong leadership and communication skillsPassion for fine dining, guest service, and team development
