As a Motorsport Operations Team Leader at JLR, you’ll play a key role in bringing the vision of Jaguar and Land Rover motorsport to life. This dynamic role within our Corporate Affairs & Motorsport Chapter is about precision, passion, and seamless execution. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll help shape and showcase our motorsport presence globally, ensuring it aligns with our high modern luxury standards and captivates audiences worldwide.This is an opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a can-do attitude, ambition, and a flair for collaboration. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders across JLR and travel internationally to support the operational delivery of race events and initiatives that make a lasting impact.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating day-to-day race operations and establishing and maintaining a highly effective and positive working relationship with the Commercial and Technical teams
  • Leading Race planning sessions, managing reviews and inputs into the team race event schedules (working with the commercial team in advance to coordinate input)
  • Working alongside the Business Programme Exec, this role will be responsible for the implementation of all branding, CI, and partner applications
  • Lead the planning and management of all motorsport program show cars (dynamic and static)
  • Management and liaison of the Motorsport program fleet of cars
  • Support Operations Manager with day-to-day project management and planning as well as internal and external stakeholder management

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Experience in end-to-end complex project management and operational delivery under pressure to a high standard
  • Ability to Travel (international & domestic) and ability to drive
  • Strong operational problem-solving and good organisational skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in motorsport, events, drive experience would be an advantage
