Compensation: $18.00 per hourPlease note, this position is NOT accessible by bus line. This position is in Lagrange, Ohio.Alliance Industrial Solutions is currently hiring Production Molding Laborers in the Lagrange, Ohio area. Our client, a prominent union company, is a leader in the development of high-quality and cost-effective environmental control systems that are specifically tailored to their clients’ needs. • $18/hr and up (depending on experience)
• 6:00am – 2:30pm (Monday – Friday)
• Overtime would be worked on Saturday (time and a half pay) or Sunday (double time pay)

General Laborer Benefits:

• $200 referral bonus for each person referred that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)

General Laborer Job Duties:

• Working with resins and fiberglass mat; cutting/trimming components, assembling fans, components or systems
• Learning how to perform fiberglass lamination and fabrication techniques
• Assembling finished products using hand and power tools
• Visual inspection
• Shipping/receiving duties
• Conduct inventory control
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently

General Laborer Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Will need to pass a tape measure test
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift
• Willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
