Salary: $65,000 – $80,000/year, based on experience
Relocation: Relocation assistance available for candidates with ties to the region
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
Experience: 4+ years of maintenance/millwright supervision requiredWe’re hiring a Millwright Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance crew for a well-established company located in Washington County, NY. • Supervise daily activities of maintenance and millwright crews
• Assign tasks based on skillsets and ensure efficient resource usage
• Oversee project materials, delivery, and installation logistics
• Perform quality checks and ensure work aligns with specs and safety standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to assist with installations
• Develop and manage crew schedules and resource planning
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and lead by example
• Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and support training

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Millwright Supervisor:

• 4+ years of experience in a supervisory maintenance/millwright role
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a millwright
• Expertise in rigging heavy machinery and equipment
• Strong mechanical knowledge: hydraulics, pneumatics, automation
• Skilled communicator and team motivator with a results-driven mindset
