Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager to support a rapidly growing niche perfumery brand in designing and implementing its in-store visual strategies. • Concept Development: Design and execute visual merchandising concepts for boutiques, flagships, and corners, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity.
• Cultural Adaptation: Tailor visual strategies to fit the unique cultural and market-specific needs of international regions, including Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
• Flagship Rollout: Adapt flagship store concepts for diverse retail formats and distributor requirements.
• Visual Presentation: Deliver impeccable and detail-oriented visual displays to meet the high standards of the luxury sector.
• Collaboration: Work closely with local teams and partners to coordinate visual product presentations and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Performance Evaluation: Analyze the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and propose enhancements to optimize brand impact.
• Project Management: Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising projects.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
