Rethink Mental Illness are hiring a Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our inspiring and friendly team at Cavendish Lodge, Leamington Spa.Imagine being part of an organization whose common purpose is to help those who are severely impacted by mental illness. We believe that everyone should be treated with respect and dignity – and that’s why equity is one of our core values.Cavendish Lodge provides support and recovery services, 24hrs a day, offering assistance and encouragement in daily living skills, personal support, finances and rehabilitation. CQC Registered Nursing Home service, is for people with a severe and enduring mental illness.Overview of a Mental Health Recovery Worker role:
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.Essential skills and experience required:
