Job Title: Member Manager, EPIC BLM & US Forest Service (BLMFS) Division
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Status: Full-Time, Exempt, temporary position anticipated to be 28-weeks
Reports To: National Division Director, EPIC BLM& USFS Division
Schedule/Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday) Expected to be available during ACE Core Business Hours of 12:00pm – 5:00pm EST (to accommodate business needs in all US time zones) with some adjustment expected to accommodate specific projects and program needs. Some evening and weekend hours may be occasionally required.

Position Summary
The EPIC BLMFS Division supports ~300 members annually in individual placements across federal, state, and partner agencies. Projects span ecological restoration, wildlife management, recreation, planning, and more.
The Member Manager plays a central role in delivering these programs by managing the full lifecycle of assigned members and serving as a key liaison between members, agency partners, and internal ACE teams.
This is a high-ownership, coordination-heavy role responsible for:

Physical Demands, Work Environment and Working Conditions:
Compensation (Grade 2): Starting annualized salary of $46,000 – $48,000, based on experience.
Benefits: ACE offers competitive medical and ancillary plans (health, mental health, dental, vision and other supplemental benefits). ACE Staff members are also eligible to participate in ACE’s retirement plan with a 3% employer contribution.
Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Time: As an ACE staff member, you will be eligible to accrue up to 80 hours of paid vacation time annually during your first two years of continuous employment, then it increases to 120 hours annually. ACE observes 13 paid annual holidays (floating holiday flexibility). ACE provides 10 days (or 80 hours) of paid sick time annually.
