Responsibilities:Please join us for a virtual hiring event for Medical Assistants throughout Northside’s Physician Practices system wide!This event will be on October 22nd from 11:30am-1:30pm. Qualifications:KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant program or Graduate of a U.S. Military medic course.
• One (1) year of healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant.

• Other clinical specialty certifications may be preferred in specific units.
• Visual color acuity screening depending on the role in specific units.
