As a member of the Live Nation Canada Brand Partnerships team, you will leverage your media expertise and fluency to drive impact for our portfolio of prospective and existing brand partners in the digital space. Your role will have a dedicated focus on the Ticketmaster.ca ecosystem, and will focus on conceptualizing, building, and executing impactful media campaigns for current and prospective brand partners. You will also be responsible for identifying emerging trends and supporting with driving new digital offerings to market.You’ll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer—comfortable balancing creativity with analytics, and passionate about delivering innovative, multi-platform marketing solutions in the music and live entertainment space.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOLead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for brand partners across Ticketmaster.ca.Develop strategic media solutions to support new business opportunities and deepen existing partnerships.Create and present campaign reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting performance, tracking against forecast, and ROI.Partner with leadership to adapt and commercialize Live Nation global media initiatives for the Canadian market.Spearhead digital-first projects including content marketing, social strategies, customer journey enhancements, and tech-driven campaigns.Support Digital leadership team with the development and execution of creator and paid media strategies across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and emerging channels, ensuring alignment with brand partnership objectives and audience behaviors.Define success metrics, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.Support new business development through research, ideation, and pitch participation.Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop campaign briefs and align on goals.Collaborate with publishing partners to monetize new and existing Live Nation Canada content.Present strategic recommendations and industry best practices to partners and internal teams.Stay organized and proactive in managing multiple priorities and timelines.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING2-4 years of experience in media planning, digital media + strategy, advertising, or marketing/communicationsA strong understanding of digital media, marketing strategy, and emerging tech.Up-to-date knowledge of social platform algorithms, trends, and best practices — particularly on Instagram and TikTok — with an ability to translate these insights into strategic media recommendations.A creative and analytical mindset with a passion for music, entertainment, and storytelling.Proven experience in media planning, digital campaign management, and partner relations.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high attention to detail.BENEFITS & PERKSOur motto is ‘Taking Care of Our Own’ through 6 pillars of benefits:HEALTH: Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for you and your family, along with Employee Assistant Programs through Modern Health and ComPsychYOURSELF: Generous paid time off policy including paid holidays, sick time and paid days off for your birthday, Free concert ticketsWEALTH: RRSP program with company match, Stock Program ReimbursementFAMILY: New parent programs & support including caregiver leave and childcare cash, infertility supportCAREER: Tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment internal growth and development programs & trainingsOTHERS: Volunteer time off, crowdfunding networkWe thank all candidates for their interest, only those who will be selected for an interview will be contacted.Physical Requirements/Work EnvironmentSits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
