They provide specialised machinery to streamline processes and have a wide spread team performing planned and reactive maintenance.This role will see the successful candidate co-ordinate hire business activities, completing relevant admin, liaising with clients and performing hands on maintenance whenever necessary. • Co-ordinate hire business activities including the receipt of order, preparation of risk assessments, method statements and transport plans
• Conduct site visits to undertake mechanical installation or removal, service and repair of hire machines and equipment
• Occasionally work in the workshop to undertake the service and repair of the hire fleet ensuring machinery and equipment are available for hire
• Liaise with the Regional Field Managers to plan and optimise the use of resources between sites
• Support the Hire Business Manager with site surveys when required
• Manage client relationships when necessary

The Person:

• Proven experience completing mechanical maintenance on heavy equipment
• Minimum NVQ Level 2
• Full UK Drivers Licence
