Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive M&E Manager to run servicing, maintenance, and install contracts across our social housing stock.The role and responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth operation and delivery of high-quality M&E systems to budget and within programme

• Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times

• Managing a number of contractors to deliver compliancy servicing, maintenance, and new installations across several workstreams

• Procuring and managing the design and delivery of M&E services

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A good understanding of M&E maintenance provision and budget management skills

• Proven experience of working in a similar role

• Excellent organisational skills

• Ability to work to deadlines whilst managing multiple short and longer-term objectives

• Experience and knowledge of contractor management
