Job description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive M&E Manager to run servicing, maintenance, and install contracts across our social housing stock.The role and responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth operation and delivery of high-quality M&E systems to budget and within programme
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times
- Managing a number of contractors to deliver compliancy servicing, maintenance, and new installations across several workstreams
- Procuring and managing the design and delivery of M&E services
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A good understanding of M&E maintenance provision and budget management skills
- Proven experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines whilst managing multiple short and longer-term objectives
- Experience and knowledge of contractor management
