Join one of our key production sites where your leadership will drive the performance of supply chain operations. You’ll lead hierarchically 2 supervisors with a team of +30 people and work closely with site leadership, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless procurement and warehouse activities.Who You Are:You are a seasoned Materials Management Manager with a strong understanding of industrial supply chain operations. You’re hands-on, people-focused, and thrive on improving processes and motivating teams in a dynamic environment.Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in logistics or equivalent, or significant experience in this field of activity
• Strong experience in logistics or supply chain roles
• Demonstrated experience of formal leadership in an operational setting
• Fluent in both French and English

Desired Skills and Experience

• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Ability to influence across teams and work with diverse stakeholders
• Experience leading improvement initiatives (lean, continuous improvement, etc.)
• Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics performance tools
• Strong experience in managing budgets and logistics KPIs

What You Will Be Doing:

• Align workforce capacity and skills to meet fluctuating workloads and operational needs
• Lead, engage, and develop your team through regular communication, training plans, and performance reviews
• Adapt organizational structure and processes to support strategic initiatives and major projects
• Ensure targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met through KPI tracking and continuous improvement
• Manage the department’s operating budget and resolve operational issues or disputes as they arise
