Location: SouthamptonJob Type: Stadium Retail StaffArc is hiring experienced Retail Staff to join our team in Southampton.Job roles – Team Leaders, Cashiers and Pourers needed.Team Leader: £13 base per hour + holiday pay = £14.56 per hour.Cashier/Pourer: £12.60 base per hour + holiday pay = £14.12 per hour.If you’re confident in any of the above roles, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the buzz of live events, we want you on our team!Why Work with Arc?

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
• Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving drinks from high-volume bars
• Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
• Keeping queues moving and spirits high
• Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
