MASH Team Manager – From £55,582 + Bonus – HybridNonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the East Midlands who are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their MASH Team. Responsibilities include –

• Chairing Strategy Meetings.
• Management/Supervision of staff.
• Allocating Child Protection, CIN & Early Help cases.
• Sign off all work, ensure work is completed within 24 hour decision making as per operating model.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
• An up to date DBS check
• Experience working in MASH, ideally with holding management responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of the legislative framework and relevant guidance and procedures.
