The owners actively participate in daily operations alongside the staff. Position:

• Fine Dining Server

Compensation:

• $8 hourly + tips
• Credit card tips paid in paycheck
• $25+ hourly average

Schedule requirements:

• Wednesday – Sunday
• 5-7 hours per shift
• Nights and weekends required

Language requirements:

• English

Experience required:

• 2+ years of previous fine dining/upscale casual restaurant experience
• 21 years of age or older
• RAMP and ServeSafe certification required
• Wine Knowledge
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A high school diploma is required
