Visit us at:As a Martech Architect Manager, you will:Be crucial part of our Customer Tech team supporting on the delivery of Personalisation Strategies with clients wanting to drive customer centric experiences. The successful candidate will need to have a particular expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDP). Particular focus areas will be:Customer Data Strategy: Understanding data-driven approaches for strategic decision makingPersonalisation: Enhancing customer experiencesAudience Insights: Analysing customer data to inform marketing strategiesData Orchestration: Integrating data seamlessly across platformsProduct ownership, project management (agile) and core consulting skillsResponsibilities Incude:You will be part of a high-performing team tasked with growing the CDP capability and knowledge. You should have demonstrable experience in the following areas:Working on projects where you shape and deliver technical implementation and designs to define roadmaps for Personalisation (either B2B or B2C)Supporting the delivery of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and selecting the correct vendors; ability to independently lead technical work streams, manage product and requirements backlogsProviding an overview and knowledge of CDP capabilities and the ability to upskill other teams/members on technical capabilitiesUnderstanding the range of customer data sources and activation channels needed for personalisation, with a low level of technical detailShaping technical designs and advising on best practices within enterprise architectureArranging and planning workshopsSupporting client pitches & proposalsExperience working with a variety of stakeholdersWe are looking for experience in the following skills:Strong relevant industry experience in Personalisation & CDP projectsCore understanding of CDP capabilities, with deep functional expertise in at least one core CDP platform (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, TreasureData, Tealium, SegmentCDP)Previous experience working as part of a CDP teamWhat’s in it for you:Our Total Rewards consist of a competitive basic salary, annual performance bonus, opportunities to acquire equity and a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits.
