ON SITE WORK ONLYReporting to the VP of Kenny U-Pull, the Marketing Manager, will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies, leading both the Digital Marketing and Retail Marketing teams, and driving the growth of our business.If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and leadership, we invite you to be part of our exciting journey.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and is designed to achieve expected KPI targets.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Create and implement innovative strategies, to increase traffic to our branches, enhance customer satisfaction, and support overall business growth.
  • Hire, lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and success.
  • Lead efforts to standardize distinctive in-store elements, including merchandising and branding, to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all locations.
  • Foster partnerships with local communities and businesses to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships within each market.
  • Lead the retail marketing team, developing and executing strategies tailored to each locations unique needs, local market dynamics, and customer preferences.
  • Manage and lead the digital marketing team responsible for generating high-quality leads for our buyers and call centre.
  • Overseeing digital advertising campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, social media advertising, and other online marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to measure the effectiveness of retail and digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve traffic and sales objectives and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management and marketing, with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
