The energy behind the brand is infectious, and as we grow, we are always looking for extraordinary talent who want to be part of this our success and help drive our limitless ambitions.About the roleThe Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and delivering best in class marketing campaigns for new product launches to maximise brand awareness and customer loyalty within the Italian Market. In line with company objectives you will support the continued growth plans for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, expanding the brand presence and driving performance.As a Marketing Executive you will

• Implement the marketing calendar in line with New Product Launches and strategic focuses.
• Responsible for the creation and sourcing of all marketing support in line with direction from Global Marketing.
• Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with key stakeholders including Global Marketing, Sales & Education, Retail Operations, external suppliers and retail partners.
• Drive local eventing including the coordination of Masterclasses
• Develop, drive and implement promotional campaigns, special events and any other tactical opportunities as well as measuring & sharing the results of these initiatives with the wider team.
• Management of sampling and branded merchandise for the Italian market.
• Support the team with the launch of the Charlotte Tilbury brand in new stores and regions across Italy.
• Budget management, including the timely and accurate raising of Purchase Orders to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget
• Offer creative support as well as administrative support to the marketing department
• Point of contact for all marketing related queries from the field and head office teams.
• Create and cross check the marketing communications to head office and field teams including the timely preparation of weekly updates and Launch Activation Packs.
• Contribution to and preparation of marketing reports as and when required.

• Educated to degree level
• Sufficient experience within beauty, fashion or similar industry
• A demonstrable interest in working within beauty is preferred
• Proficiency in Italian is beneficial, however not compulsory.
