Manufacturing Production Supervisor | Night Shift | Direct Hire

They’re looking for Production Supervisors with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing. You will be leading a team of production workers, managing day-to-day production activities, and contributing to this startup’s growth and success.

Production Supervisor Job Duties:  

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers
• Collaborate with operations manager to develop production schedules
• Enforce quality control measures
• Identify process improvements, implement lean manufacturing principles
• Maintain accurate production levels

Pay: $70-75k

Schedule:

• Swing Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:45am
• They will be transitioning to 12 hour shifts, so must be able to work a 5pm-5am (3-4 nights/week) schedule within 2-3 months.

Production Supervisor Job Requirements:

• Bilingual strongly preferred!
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing
• At Least 2 years recent experience as a production supervisor
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
