  • Assist on updating and created operations work standards and job breakdown sheets.
  • Assist in key engineering projects which include making line observations for value addition and non-value addition, measure the cycle time and lead time of processes.
  • Assist in anticipated Production Line upgrades leading to capacity improvement and efficiency.
  • Assist projects related to reducing quality defects.

This job may be for you if:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Engineering, prefer Manufacturing or Mechanical.
  • You have strong communication skills- demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional work groups including suppliers, fellow engineers and associates, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are high energy – have the stamina and endurance to maintain a fast pace and continue to produce.
  • You take initiative – proactive and takes action without being prompted.
  • Learning agility – continuously seeks new knowledge, creates and fosters a culture of interest, curiosity and learning. Flexible to change, and learns from failure. Seeks to improve processes and products.
  • You have strong organization & planning skills – manage time wisely and effectively prioritize multiple competing tasks.
  • You are a team player – respond to requests from other parts of the organization, and support larger legitimate organizational agendas.
