A fast-paced and growing restaurant group now hiring Managers and Assistant managers for our fast casual Mexican concepts in Manhattan. We have a lot of opportunities to grow. These are our core values.Qualities we’re looking for:
– 2 year minimum experience in a leadership position at a fast casual restaurant.
– Demonstrated track record of achievement in managing profitability of high volume restaurant.
– NYC Department of Health Certified in Food Handling and Protection
– Documented career stability and growth
– Leaders with a sense of pride, urgency and the ability to inspire.
– Open Availability.
– Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.Responsibilities include:
– Driving profitability in the store.
– Financial Review
– Controlling and reducing costs in relation to labor, purchasing, inventory and waste.
– Involvement in daily service and rushes.
– Supervising and managing all employees at the store.
– Inventory
– Scheduling
– Hiring and onboarding new team members
– General administrative work
– Catering administrative work
– Ensuring guest satisfaction
