This role is all about optimizing the day-to-day operations that keep us running smoothly and leading with heart when it comes to culture.In this role, you’ll take ownership of optimizing day-to-day People operations, ensuring they’re inclusive, intuitive, and people-centric. You’ll collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team, leadership, managers, and employees across all levels to drive organizational success and make our culture a competitive advantage.📍We are a remote-first company but this a Toronto-based role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in-office.
