OverviewAre you an experienced leader with a passion for occupational health and safety and a talent for managing technical experts? WorkSafeBC is seeking a dynamic Manager, OHS Technical Advisory Services to lead a diverse team of specialists dedicated to advancing workplace safety in BC.Reporting to the Director, Prevention Practice & Quality Support, you will oversee a team with expertise in crucial OHS fields, including occupational audiology, occupational hygiene, ergonomics/human factors, specialized engineering, and more. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of specialized prevention services, implementing strategic initiatives, and upholding WorkSafeBC’s high standards. This is a unique opportunity to provide leadership, shape policy application, and contribute significantly to the health and safety of BC’s workforce.Where you’ll workAt WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely, and in our offices based on the operational needs of the position.In this role, you will work primarily from our Richmond Office with some flexibility to work from your home in B.C.What you’ll doManager, OHS Technical Advisory Services, you will:
