MCPs are accountable to implement effective management practices to promote professional and paraprofessional full scope of clinical practice to achieve excellence in the delivery of care and service to clients. They ensure compliance with internal and external standards of practice and Provincial regulatory requirements. The MCPs identify and coordinate clinical competencies and in-service activities to deliver high quality client/patient and family centered care.Quality and Continuous Improvement:
