The Strategic Account Services (SAS) team is seeking an L6 leader to manage a team of Marketplace Consultants (MCs) based in London / Manchester. Our team of consultants provides strategic advice with a data-driven, collaborative and customer-focused approach as part of the paid SAS program. Ultimately our goal is to help Sellers grow their business on Amazon’s EU Marketplace by consulting across 8 modules and 46 levers, such as FBA (Fullfilment by Amazon), Deals & Advertising. The ideal candidate will be comfortable influencing senior internal and external stakeholders, have strong leadership skills, a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment. In addition to your core role of managing Marketplace Consultants, you will lead multiple (sub-)workstreams and EU wide projects with significant autonomy, be responsible for the definition of strategy, action plans and prioritization, ensuring EU/global alignment and owning documents including 6-pagers for review with senior stakeholders and contributing to quarterly business reviews, OP and/or 3-year-planning.Key job responsibilities
