We are seeking candidates for Maintenance Technician roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $55,000-$72,000 annually. Interested? • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on machines and facility systems
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety guidelines
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Use diagnostic tools (like vibration or thermal testing) to detect issues
• Help with machine setup and changeovers
• Record work using our computerized maintenance system (CMMS)
• Support workplace organization (6S), preventative maintenance (TPM), and improvement projects

What you need to be a Maintenance Technician:

• 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience OR a 2-year degree in Industrial or Electrical Technology
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
• Skilled in electrical work (up to 480V), welding, and equipment repair
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and pumps
• Comfortable working in tight or elevated spaces
• Ability to lift, climb, and work on your feet with or without reasonable accommodations
