TekPro Manufacturing is looking to hire a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician with direct experience troubleshooting/repairing CNC Machinery! • Ability to move, install and maintain all machine tools used in production, plant equipment and buildings.
• Ability to tear down machine tools, troubleshoot, replace worn and broken parts and assemble.
• Ability to make adjustments and repairs to electrical and electronic equipment from low voltage to 120v – 480V
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Ability to understand hydraulic functions and able to read hydraulic schematic prints.
• Ability to repair and maintain electric and gas fired hardening furnaces
• Ability to repair and maintain blast and all side equipment connected with heat treating.
• General Maintenance as needed: Welding, Fabricating, Electrical, Plumbing, Changing light bulbs, HVAC filters, Fork Trucks and Industrial Lift Trucks

The perfect candidate has the aptitudes to work with the following equipment:

• CNC Saws
• CNC Lathes
• CNC Mills
• CNC ID/OD Grinders
• Non-CNC Grinders
• Non-CNC Gear Cutters
• CNC Gear Cutters

$30 – 34 per hour
