Maintenance Technician

impact, and driven to succeed and grow? A pharmaceutical manufacturer is currently seeking a Full-time, Temp to Hire, Maintenance Technician with a minimum of two years experience in facilities maintenance.
Experience in a FDA regulated environment a plus.

 Maintenance
Technician duties include:

• Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories.
• Perform building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting
  repairs as necessary
• Repairs and maintains in accordance with diagrams,
  sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications, all machinery
  and mechanical equipment.  This includes HVAC, refrigeration water purification
  systems, and production equipment using hand tools, power tools, and
  precision-measuring and testing instruments, including preventive
  maintenance
• Participate in safety & EH&S programs
• Respond quickly to emergencies, notify appropriate personnel
  and follow safety and quality protocols

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or
  GED
• A minimum of 2 years of
  experience in facilities maintenance
• Experience in an FDA
  regulated environment a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
  and stand for extended periods of time when required.
• Detail oriented and has
  basic computer skills to organize planning through calendars and spreadsheets.
• Able to work
  evenings/weekends, if needed, per maintenance scheduling and participates in on-call
  rotation

Schedule: 

• Monday to Friday- 3PM-11PM
• Sunday to
  Wednesday 3PM-1:30AM

Pay: $30-$35 dependent on experience

• Not bus accessible, will need vehicle
