Shift: 4 on 4 off (Nights, 18:00-06:00)
Location: LincolnAre you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with an FMCG/Food background looking for a new challenge?We are hiring for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Lincoln, working with cutting-edge machinery in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing faults, problem-solving, and carrying out planned and preventative maintenance to ensure maximum uptime.
• Responding to breakdowns and internal customer needs, keeping production running smoothly.
• Ensuring all work is safe, compliant, and audit-ready, meeting food safety standards.
• Completing accurate documentation and recommending improvements to boost efficiency.
• Working on a variety of manufacturing, production, and packaging machinery.

What We’re Looking For: Maintenance Engineer

• Apprentice-trained Engineer with a formal electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing/FMCG setting.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Engineering.
• A proactive approach and a willingness to develop and learn.
