Job Title: Machine Operator Immediate Opening!
Pay: $20.00/hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00AM – 3:30PM
Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a Machine Operator for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a reputable manufacturer that supplies high-quality rubber products located in Eugene, Oregon.The Machine Operator will play an essential role in the hands on processing of rubber parts. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient processing of rubber parts and machine operation.
This is a great opportunity to be a part of a large and local manufacturing facility and further your career in this industry, located in Eugene, Oregon.As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operate machines according to safety and production standards
• Pour crumb rubber from mixer into buckets – can weigh up to 50 lbs
• Pour crumb rubber into molds
• Close presses using dual hand buttons
• Remove product by hand with hand tool when presses auto opens automatically after press cycle
• Visually inspect product for defects
• Put parts on pallets
• Operate up to 4 presses at a time
• Apply corrections from supervisors
• Keep work area clean
• Perform daily counts
• On warm days, the work environment is VERY WARM

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to follow all safety rules and guidelines
