The Machine Attendant will work to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. In this role, the attendant will support the Bag Machine Operator by preparing materials, monitoring machine performance, and assisting with machine setup in a fast-paced production environment.Position: Bag Machine AttendantShift: Rotating bi-weekly shifts ( Mornings 7am-3pm,Afternoons 3pm-11pm, Nights 11pm-7am) – must be available for all three shifts: morning, afternoon, and nightSalary: $20/hourLocation: Queensway E & Stanfield RdPermanent hire positionAdvantages

Permanent positionResponsibilities
Pack and inspect the paper bags coming oƯ the machine according to the quality standards.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Visually inspect the paper bags and identify quality measures in case of irregularities and
deviations and communicate it with the Machine Operators or the Supervisor for corrective
actions.
Maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with Health & Safety requirements.
Date stamps the boxes and bring them to work area and pack them with the products.Qualifications
High school diploma or graduate
1 year of experience in Manufacturing Industry
Ability to bend and lift up-to 50 lbs
Good time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Possess knowledge in Health & Safety StandardsSummary
