Holy Family Home offers a full complement of health-care services and specializes in meeting the physical, social, cultural and spiritual needs of the elderly within the Ukrainian and Slavic communities. Regular educational programs promote understanding of many issues including the challenges of dementia and palliative care. Holy Family Home extends services into the community through programs such as an Adult Day Program.Position OverviewUnder the general supervision of the Director of Care, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing professional practical nursing services to designated residents, including independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, collaboration and interaction within the healthcare team and participation in the coordination of resident care. The LPN demonstrates a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of Holy Family Home.Experience

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred.
