We’re offering a 6-month maternity leave coverage role that’s a perfect opportunity for producers currently based in London who want to explore the U.S. (New York) market and work with globally recognized brands.This is an ideal contract for UK or Europe-based producers seeking to broaden their international experience and immerse themselves in New York’s fast-paced commercial production scene.Important RequirementsFluent in EnglishMust have a valid visa or work authorization for the United StatesDual citizenship (UK/US or EU/US) is a major plusMust be able to work as a local hire (secure your own housing and local transport in NYC)Job SummaryAs a freelance Senior Producer, you’ll oversee high-volume photo and video productions from concept to completion. You’ll be the lead client contact, manage logistics, coordinate with crew, and ensure every production runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end production for advertising, editorial, and branded content shootsManage timelines, budgets, call sheets, crew coordination, and vendors

Act as the primary client-facing lead during all stages of productionNegotiate and confirm talent and vendor ratesTrack and reconcile expenses and handle all post-shoot wrap needsCollaborate with internal team members including creative, production, and operations leadsQualifications5+ years experience producing high-end commercial photo and/or video shootsStrong English communication and client relationship skillsExpertise in budget management, negotiation, and shoot logisticsComfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with tools like Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Airtable, and AsanaAble to be on-site in NYC for production days (must secure own lodging and travel)CompensationRate is commensurate with experience.
