Warrington – £30,000 – £40,000 Claimant Litigation ExecutiveWarrington£30,000 – £40,000 DOEAn exciting opportunity has arisen with my client for an experienced Claimant Litigation Executive with subrogation expertise to manage high-net-worth motor claims from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-litigated and litigated RTA claims, including special damages.
• Proactively handle claims, litigating where necessary to secure recoveries.
• Liaise with insurers, credit hire companies, and specialists to settle cases efficiently.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ motor litigation experience, ideally from a claimant background.
• Strong knowledge of CPR, Pre-Action Protocols, and credit hire.
• Experience in subrogation and uninsured loss recovery.

Benefits:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday (37.5 hours/week).
