Leading claimant firm in Greater Manchester that specialises in credit hire is looking to appoint a senior fee earner to a growing department.Joining the RTA department, you are responsible for a caseload of litigated credit hire to RTA cases.You will handle cases from fast track to multi track, follow a litigated process and collect evidence to drafting witness statements to support your files.For this vacancy, the ideal candidate is a senior fee earner with a proven track record of handling litigated, escalated cases and multi-track claims.Candidate Criteria

• Run a caseload of high value, motor accident claims
• Run cases valuing up to £150,000 in value
• Drafting witness statements, court hearings and evidence
• Handle a litigated caseload of RTA claims
• Collecting evidence to support the claims

This is an opportunity to join a growing Lancashire claimant firm and become a recognised authority in the RTA team.
