About the Role:

• Full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant role in West Bromwich, Birmingham supporting pupils across various key stages.
• Provide general classroom support and assist with the delivery of engaging lessons.
• Support individual students or small groups to ensure they are able to access the curriculum effectively.
• Assist the teacher in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Help with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organization.

About You:For this role, you will need:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working in a classroom environment within West Bromwich, supporting students in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
• A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to supporting students.
