Chadwick Nott is looking to hire dynamic and experienced legal recruiters to join our regional private practice teams. Our South West, South East and Midlands teams are very well established, and you would be joining a sizeable team of experienced and busy consultants. Highlights of the role:

• Opportunity to work a very warm and well established permanent private practice desk with a range of strong client and candidate relationships.
• Ability to use your expertise in legal recruitment to source the best legal talent for a wide variety of law firms from the international, Top 100, specialist boutique firms as well as High street practices, whom we already have relationships with.
• Team collaboration dedicated to providing an excellent service to law firms and lawyers alike, with no limits on the type of law firm or role you can work on.

• A proven track record in legal recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilience and adaptability
