The Role
Palantir’s Legal Team (known internally as Legal Ninjas) strives to support and safeguard Palantir as it grows and scales. We are looking to expand the administrative and operational backbone of the Ninja team and are very excited to hire a new Operations Assistant!
Our ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and quick to help out in whatever capacity is needed. Communication is one of your greatest strengths and you excel at creating processes across disparate team functions. You are able to work well with a variety of personalities and fill the gaps in any project or task. You enjoy helping others and take ownership in executing various time-sensitive requests.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide administrative task support for the broader legal team (scheduling, general administrative support questions).
- Administration of electronic and physical documents.
- Contract editing, formatting, signing (including coordinating with internal notary services) and filing.
- Triage and execution of legal workflows in issue and project tracking software.
- Project tracking assistance (task managing, implementing technical solutions, updating knowledge management resources).
- Assist with the implementation of operationalized legal workflows.
- Build positive team culture through legal team onboarding and the planning of social events, strategic internal outreach, off-sites and beyond.
