Working in an open and supportive environment, to deliver outstanding results.Our people are our success, and we work as one team.We are recruiting a Legal Biller to ensure the prompt rendering of the Firm’s bills to clients and that procedures are followed within the Firm whilst ensuring compliance with the VAT and Solicitors Accounts Rules.This Role and is to be based out of any of our office locations and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.Candidate OverviewWe are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of billing within a large complex organisation – ideally on a Practice management system such as Aderant
  • Proven ability in a role where a high level of numeracy is required.
  • Ability to ensure bills are raised in accordance with client services agreements/ letters of engagements
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload within a busy environment and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills to be able to work with other areas of the Finance team or external clients
