This is a varied role where you’ll plan and manage the full breadth of a small legacy programme, with big opportunities for growth. And by doing this, you’ll enable us to support young people to develop the skills and confidence they need to find a job or start a business, for years to come.We’re looking for a relationship-builder with strong project management skills and legacy administration experience, who is looking to grow their marketing skills.In this role, you’ll be the internal lead for legacy administration, working alongside our in-house legal team and our external legacy administration agency, to ensure that all estates are correctly administered, and maximising the value of the legacies left to The Trust. You’ll lead on managing our pipeline, providing accurate reporting to support financial forecasting.You’ll also be responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme; aiming to encourage supporters and potential supporters to leave a gift in their Will, and stewarding individuals that have chosen to do so. This involves a mixture of in-person legacy events, developing and delivering training to colleagues and developing multi-channel campaigns and supporter journeys.You’ll work with our Individual Giving Manager to matrix-manage our Individual Giving and Legacy Executive, who will spend half their time supporting the Legacy programme.If you have experience in legacy administration and are looking for a varied role, utilising your relationship and project management skills, then this could be the role for you!
