Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager required to join learning disabilities care service based in Reading.Our client prefers to hire an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager. Care Home Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports. Care manager candidates must have strong knowledge of the learning disabilities care sector and should have cared for people with challenging behaviour care needs.As Learning Disabilities Service Manager / Care Home Manager you will join a fully compliant and highly successful care service. You will oversee care planning and ensure that the home is as successful as possible.This home is fully compliant with a great reputation locally. The home delivers excellent levels of care and has a stable care team.The successful Learning Disabilities Service Manager / Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
– Experienced care home manager / registered manager
– Proven track record of successful care home management
– Proven success in learning disabilities care
– Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
– Dynamic & Enthusiastic
– Strong business management

Duties will include:
– Overall responsibility of the care home
– Staff management/appraisals/training within the home
– Care plans/reviews/meetings
– Budget management for the homeIdeal candidates should have worked as a: Home Manager, Care Home Manager, Elderly Care Manager, Registered Manager, Registered Home Manager, Care Manager, Reading, Berkshire etc.
