As part of the Global Training Delivery and Quality team, the role involves collaborating closely with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders worldwide. The role holder will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of the Global Training Strategy, integrating it into innovative, effective, and appropriate training delivery methods to meet Organisational goalsThe role holder will also lead the scoping, design, and development of training courses, working closely with the Solution Consultancy team. This includes facilitating training sessions for a wide range of internal and external audiences.Proficiency in delivering instructor-led training is essential for this role, and familiarity with applying pedagogy and evidence-based teaching practices is crucial. The role holder will manage the entire training lifecycle, from conceptualising and designing learning solutions to delivering impactful sessions and evaluating customer satisfaction. This requires a high degree of autonomy and expertise in creating and delivering effective learning experiences.Duties:
