Details on how to apply are at the end of this ad.About binabina is not your typical school—and we’re proud of it.We’re building a full-time, online primary school experience for families everywhere. Our tiny classes (max 7 students) are led by fantastic educators and powered by our own tech-first, research-backed methodology. The result? Happy, curious, high-achieving kids in 30+ countries.

  • Students outperform UK & US national averages, hitting the top 8% globally

What’s a Learning Architect? You’ll be the designer of our educational magic – the builder of our Precision Education system. Your mission: to create an ecosystem of learning that’s as scalable as it is personal, powered by smart technology, rich data, and actual joy.🎯 Key things you’ll do:

  • Stay curious: bring innovations from AI, gaming, and cognitive science into our learning model
  • Run deep dives (aka “sprints”) with expert collaborators from around the world

🧠 Wait – what is Precision Education? It’s personalisation at scale. (Let’s be real – 7 is tricky.)
🎯 Is it just the number? Or is Lee past his 12-minute concentration window? Is it his post-lunch slump? Does sitting with Farah and Malik disrupt his focus?Precision Education helps us see it, adapt it, and move forward – beautifully.Requirements🙋 Who are you? You’ve got the brains, the heart, and the vision to shape something truly meaningful – and you’re ready to play in the sandbox of the future.Your Superpowers:🎓 Academic chops
